Moses Nsubuga Supercharger is a musician, radio presenter and an HIV/AIDS activist who has lived with HIV since 1994. In 1998 Moses started taking HIV medications (ART) but failed on the first regimen due to poor adherence. Focusing on the kind of suffering he went through and the lessons learned along the way, he decided to dedicate himself to HIV/AIDS advocacy and awareness activities. His goal is to sensitise communities about the value of starting treatment early and to adhere to it once initiated on antiretroviral therapy (ART).He has lived in a discordant relationship for 21years. Moses is the Director for Special Projects at PINA and Chairperson of the Community Advisory Board – ACTG/ INSIGHT, at the Joint Clinical Research Center (JCRC).
