Ms. Ruth Njambi Kimani is a social and health communication practitioner. She has over 9 years’ experience in the health and social sectors with donor agencies and non-governmental organizations. She is an expert in strategic behavior communication in the area of social development, youth and health, particularly around SRHR and HIV. She holds a Master Degree in Project Planning and Management (MA-PPM) and currently works for Hivos Foundation as a Programme Development Manager for women’s rights and empowerment, sexual rights and diversity in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda and Burundi. Ms. Kimani has expertise in a variety of participatory facilitation methodologies, adult learning principles, experiential learning, development of communication materials for low literacy populations and theatre for education.
